DAY 4

So I left this morning from Pekin IL and drove through the rest of IL and into Iowa. It was pretty boring drive not alot to look at some windmills not to fun. I made it into Kearney Nebraska and am about to crash at a hotel it was a pretty good day. We will see how far I get tomorrow it looks like on MapQuest I have 1300 miles to go but I thought it was less but we will see. If its 1300 miles I have 19 more hours of driving BOOOOO. Well the positive thing is I will be in California soon. :)

DAY 3

So I left Columbus Ohio around 11 after a late breakfast and hanging out with my cousins. I left Ohio and went through Indiana and then onto Illinios. I stopped to see Sandy and her family. So again it was a pretty short day of driving but the break was nice and it was fun to just hang out and visit. And I must say Elisabeth is adorable.

Day2

Well day 2 was less eventful and not nearly as many states. I woke up kinda early and left Penn. I got on the road and things were good till i started going through some mountains and I thought I was going to throw up I am guessing it was 1. due to the elevation 2. due to the fact that the road was soooooooo bumpy. From there I went to Ohio and stayed with my cousin Jeannie and her husband Bill and baby Audrey. That was nice cause I got to see them as well as my cousin Mikey. It was a pretty short day on the road but nice.

DAY 1

So I left South Portland Maine at 130pm and in the first hour and a half I left Maine got to New Hampshire and went into Mass. From there I went to Conn and then New York and Im staying in Scranton Penn. Long trip. MORE DAYS TO GO. I will post pictures as soon as I can. They probably arent very good cause I took most while I was driving hehehe. Well we will go from here.

Leaving for Cali

Well tomorrow is the day...... I am leaving Maine tomorrow at about 1:30ish tomorrow. Im not really sure how far I will get tomorrow. We will see. I will keep everyone updated.

I have a job

I have a job I start on October 13 at Kaiser- West LA. I talk to the lady about where I am going to stay on Tuesday EXCITING. Ill probably start driving that way late this week.

Interview

Well my interview went great but Im just waiting now for a job offer. At least this one said they would get back to be within 72 hours were the last one that fell through said she would work on the paperwork right then and then I didnt hear anything for 48 hours or more. So lets hope right now I dont care what hospital as long as its somewhat close to Steve.

From there its packing and driving that way. Not looking forward to that.

So I am still here in Maine as most of you know. Things are going great and Im really enjoying being up here. But its time for me to find a job and head out to LA. I have my application at two hospitals in the area so Im hoping I will here something this week. ::Crosses fingers::
